Apart from the hotel being nice, with a very pleasant and moderate cool temperature providing a relief from the blistering heat outside in the July heatwave, I would say that the staff and their service is outstanding. We had a bit of a health issue and we were so professionally assisted by Mirella who we after learnt was on her first day of work and was in training! Ramona kindly offered us to be served breakfast in our room. I didn’t get the names of the others who also assisted, but they were all very supportive of the situation. Besides the breakfast had a varied selection of fresh food also providing a gluten free station.

The cleanliness was spot on—give your cleaning staff a raise. The food was one of the best experiences I had at a hotel in Romania. I will definitely come back and use the services you provide.

We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and had a great meal. They even accommodated my request for a cocktail from the bar. Highly recommended for an overnight stay close to the airport,

The location was great for flying out of the international airport the next day. The downside is that, if you don't have a car, there are no restaurants nearby to which you can walk. So you will end up eating at the hotel. The upside of that is that we had a very nice, tasty dinner. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
